An amazing day for Common Ground. 1,003 members and guests joined us at our mayoral forum on Sunday March 13th where candidates Cavalier Johnson and Bob Donovan responded to whether they'd work with us on our current Issue Campaigns for Jobs, Education, Gun Safety, Affordable Universal Broadband Access, Reducing Reckless Driving and Increasing Diversity in the Milwaukee Fire and Police Departments. The result? We left with commitments on 6 'yeses' from Johnson and 5 'yeses' and one 'maybe' from Donovan.
