How to look up a WI Driver License or State ID#:
Using the website:
Go to wisconsindot.gov
Click on DMV ONLINE SERVICES on the navigation bar (top left)
Select All DMV online services
Click on the bullet point Check the status of your driver license
Click the blue button that says Check driver license information
By phone: dial 608-266-2261 and select option 4 twice.
Find the nearest DMV.
