Far too many people are routinely overlooked when it comes to hiring, and people of color — especially those with criminal records — are overwhelmingly underrepresented in the workforce.

WHAT WE’VE DONE

Common Ground is particularly interested in how we can use our power to expand the commitment of corporate Milwaukee to hire people of color.

We have seed money and staff now in place under the direction of Executive Director Erin Miller. We expect to start our first cohort of members soon.
