Residents complained of rats, bed bugs, mold, lack of heat
MILWAUKEE – There were calls Sunday for an investigation into the city of Milwaukee’s Housing Authority.
“Hundreds of tenants living in public housing, along with the group Common Ground, met at Mount Mary University Sunday to voice their displeasure with what they say are unacceptable living conditions throughout the city.”
